A favorite memory of mine is night fishing in the bays by Gulf of Mexico, with a good friend and a cold drink nearby. Wait for it, the connection to today’s subject is coming, I promise!   While fishing itself is not my forte, I always enjoyed the time in nature with my friend. Since I wasn’t great at catching fish, I’d normally do other things like make some hooks, or prep some bait, while sitting on my lightweight three-legged stool. I remember vividly thinking how impressed I was of the stability of this small, “bunch-of-three-pipes”, holding my couple-hundred pounds body without any difficulty. So simply built, yet, so effective.
