Voluntary employee benefits package – BASIC life, health, disability, dental coverage

When you seek new talent, you need to show that you appreciate your employees and reward them for their support and hard work.

You don’t have to ever say “WE DON’T HAVE BENEFITS!” when looking for new employees.   Instead, offer a basic “VOLUNTARY employee benefits package” – give them the option to choose different plans, based on their needs and the amount of premium they can afford. Most of these plans can be available at 100% employee contribution. Even large corporations have their employees share up to 100% of the health or employee benefits package costs, and especially for a small shop it would be economically unfeasible for the employer to support the entire cost of health or other benefits plans.

If your company does not have a standard company health, life, disability, 401k or dental insurance coverage, you can still offer your employees benefits at a discounted rate, to which they may not have access on their own. Even Solo 401(k) retirement contribution plans may be available to certain independent contractors or sole employees.

Call me today to help you implement a voluntary employee benefits package, and help you show appreciation to your valuable hired help.
